Who We Are
The Alliance Working for Asian Rights and
Empowerement was
formed in September, 1993. Co-founders included: JoAnne Kanshige, Q.T.
Nguyen, and Daniel C. Tsang. Wilson Chen, a UC
Irvine graduate student in English and Comparative Literature, is also
