AWARE Goals

The Goals of the Alliance Working for Asian Rights and Empowerment are:

  • Protect the civil rights of Asians and Pacific Islanders
  • Organize and unite Asian and Pacific Islander communities
  • Educate and empower youths and adults
  • Develop workable and responsible solutions to crime in our communities
  • Seek equality and justice for Asian and Pacific Islander immigrant youths and
    adults
  • Work in coalition with other communities, including other people of color, on
    common goals
